Supplier shall establish a written emergency response plan (ERP) to minimize the
risks to human health and the environment. The ERP shall include:
• Internal reporting and notification requirements.
• Names and contact information for responsible facility personnel, local fire
and emergency response contacts, and local hospitals and other appropriate
medical contacts.
• Identification and assessment of immediate potential threats, including risks of
fire/explosion or spillage or leakage from facility processes and storage areas.
• Emergency evacuation routes, procedures, and controls.
• Detailed procedures for control and containment of released hazards.
• Proper cleanup and disposal of any released hazardous materials.
