Debriefing. The final phase of simulation learning involves debriefing. The instructor and student(s) discuss the situation offering feedback regarding what was done well and areas to think about.

In addition, students can repeat the experience as needed to develop skills and confidence. But this method should have lecture about content of subject before simulation. Nursing school have to encourage the financial, learning material, environment and readiness of learners. And This method should be set in small group.
