2.9.1. Effect of pasteurization and sterilization
Artificially sweetened pasteurized flavoured milk was cooled (4–7 ℃) immediately after heating (90 ℃)/20 min) and these were analyzed in triplicate for the quantification of sweeteners in flavoured milk.
Artificially sweetened in-bottle sterilized flavoured milk was cooled to room temperature (30 ℃)) after in-bottle sterilization (121 ℃)/15 min) and was analyzed in triplicate for the quantification of sweeteners in flavoured milk.
