1. New Product Development (30%)
• Gather relevant data (business and consumer) to identify opportunity/ gap for the platform.
• Develop Vision for the platform.
• Lead and develop consumer research to identify consumer needs/ insight and products to fill pipelines as per Menu Vision
• Lead the development of products following New Product Development process.
• Track and analyze consumer feedback and menu mix after each promotion to understand the trends.
• Review pricing twice a year.
• Review and propose Menu Matrix Alert Review twice a year (in Marketing Board Review)
2. Promotion Calendar (30%)
• Develop execution plans to launch/ promote new products under Platform, to deliver Beat Year Ago sales
• Coordinate with cross functions to deliver excellent execution. Specifically work with Ops to ensure timely and effective post-launch meetings and identify appropriate actions.
• Lead multi-function team to develop accurate forecast, and update every week after launch.
• Lead multi-function to track and manage over/ under-stock.
• Develop plans to use and track A&P including keeping CRG Franchisee well informed and aligned. Ensure that AMP (Co-Op) spending follows the guidelines in Master Franchisee Agreement.
• Track and analyze promotion and sales results.
• Prepare and share campaign's learning with YRI
• Monitor and analyze competitive activities and market trend.
3. Advertising Development (30%)
• Develop Product Positioning Briefing to develop advertising's direction
• Work with Agency to develop advertising and point of sales materials that deliver both sales and brand image.
• Build productive working relationship with Agency to achieve superior quality work.
• Work with Media Agency to develop media plans and coordinate with Agency for timely tracking, adjustment, evaluation and continual improvement
• Develop and execute effective below the line advertisement
4. Development and culture (10%)
• Develop and execute individual development plans
• Coach and Walk the Talk for HWWT for the rest of team members in KFC Marketing and other functions
