Responsible for provide the preventive and corrective action for any error in operation.
Issue investigation report and follow up to ensure corrective and preventive actions have been done
Provide statistical analysis of historical issued
Provide improvement activities
Evaluate risk in operations and suggest preventive actions to person involved
Implement, audit operations and support function to ensure Quality management system is conform with international standard
Monitor customer KPI and customer satisfaction indicator and set up improvement activity for any feedback from company clients.
Design, review processes to ensure an opportunity of operation error is minimized
Audit operation function to control processes to follow working standard
Be a part of emergency team and involve in setup and maintain of emergency service team
Strictly follow company safety policy and collaborate each activities that relate with safety issue
Follow up and complete any assignment from QC. Manager
