Other samples to determination by (ICP-AES) were prepared in
accordance with mentioned methods. 100 mL of each prepared
solution was concentrated by thermal evaporating to 10 mL. Finally,
Pb2+, Cu2+, Zn2+ and Cd2+ content in evaporated solutions were
determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry
(ICP-AES).
An attempt was made to determine Pb2+, Cu2+, Zn2+ and Cd2+ in
distilled water and spiked samples. The spiked sample was prepared
by appropriate dilution of the stock standard solutions with
doubly distilled water. 1000 mL of each solution was concentrated
by thermal evaporating to 100 mL. Finally, Pb2+, Cu2+, Zn2+ and Cd2+
content in evaporated solutions were determined by flame atomic
absorption spectrometry.
