The parties hereby agree to settle

The parties hereby agree to settle all disputes amicably within 45 days . If settlement is not reached,
all disputes arising out or in connection with the present agreement shall be settled by Thai court
according to the Thai law.

ฝ่ายตกลงที่จะระงับข้อพิพาททั้งหมดกันเองภายใน 45 วัน หากการตั้งถิ่นฐานไม่ถึง
