I and others have written to you many times with various questions which Huw Butler as the stated owner of BNT invited us to do. Unfortunately he has not been able to respond with comments or answers. In particular I wrote to him to mention that his proposed system for paying utility bills direct each month and for small amounts is expensive. For example, it costs £22.00 (1,100 baht) to do a money transfer from a UK bank to a Thai bank. That's why we have float balances with our agents who can comply with the arrangement to pay BNT as the utility account holder after BNT has paid the utility bill at cost price as agreed. But the problem is exacerbated because Huw Butler appears to be reluctant or unable to provide the agreed documentation to qualify the amounts as being correct. He has yet to reply to that point.
