Update from Paul
FYI: I'm going back home right now and going to work for 8-12h daily, so there should be much progress.
Alex&Yan; are still struggling with servers, I'm not aware where are we with this and what has been done already or how can I help, so I'll leave it to them as it looks like problems with config, hardware etc, not code errors as everything was relatively fine for almost a year...
And the last thing: I'm going to rent an office or one room apartment for me, Daniel, maybe Kamil and Damian (but apparently he doesn't have time for us...). It's quite hard to work at home, there's always something to do/to help with... And it's always easier to manage people face-to-face.
So that's good news!
If we can get a stream of small features rolling out every other day, plus a big product as frequently as possible -- that'll be an awesome productivity push for this business.

There'll be no ad issue today, as it's Saturday. And, per Pauls update, we're pushing Alex & Yan to try and figure out these website bugs. As they're the most annoying thing right now - the combo of lower Chritmas ad issues + problematic ad views is not good!
And per our hibernation period; I'm going to start setting aside at least $10k per day and save up for a giant ad issue sometime in the first week of January, to try and announce that 'we're back!' Sorta thing... Preferably with a $300k+ ad issue. But we'll see how things go. Maybe do a $100k+ ad issue, followed by $200k+ ad issue. Maybe with a one day mini ad issue in the middle to spread it out... We'll see what funding is avaialble / we can accumulate.
But we'll try and kick start everything then; as there's really no point trying to do it now. We'll just let things be; ride out the slow period for a week or two; we have full liquidity so it's no problem at all. And then we'll take the decision to give the business a push!
Today my only task is to sort out some support tickets. And then I'll look into a liquidity report this evening... I'm expecting a $200k+ hit there for the last few months' of activity. (I'll explain the reasons why it may be bigger than you think, when I post it!)
