GUIDELINES
• If the guest is a member of an aircrew, tour group or large convention, an automated call may be used.
• For automated wake-up calls, the message must include a greeting, the purpose of the call and the time of day.
FD05-02 If the guest does not respond to the wake-up call, try two or three more times. If there is no response after half an hour, then a member of staff must go and knock on the door. If there is still no answer the duty manager must open the door with the emergency key.
