FOM investigated with the GSA and Concierge staff and call to her room to do apologize. Guest said that she unhappy with our service and the transportation service not suitable for her to pay THB2000. FOM offered her with 15% discount for her half day trip and offered the HSK to clean up her room, change bed sheet and blanket, spray the mosquito spray and go to meet her for help and see her allergy skin.
