I did not receive email from K.Paweena for claim result last Friday, due to full email.
1) We should not reverse 65 to component supplier, they really shipped wrong part but they refuse the claim.
2) In the next discrepancy claim email to supplier, can we CC and inform SCM and buyer in the loop?, K.Weeraya-scm, K.Jessica-buyer, K. PONNIVALAVAN-scm . in order to request them to communicate with the supplier to check and be aware of the discrepancy of the next shipment.
3) Please kindly scrap in AAT plant.
4) FYI, the begin supplier is Gropo Anotolin Spain , the end supplier is Gropo Anotolin Thailand.
