Stressful situation arises daily. How we react to it determines the quality of your health in the long run. Stress activates cortisol secretion, which in turns suppress body housekeeping immune function at some certain degree.
Be the rock, let stressful situation passes you by. Do your best in the present moment. Love a lot. Meditate 10- 15 mins a day. Do sports and exercise. Have friends and family support. Go to bed do not take stress to bed with you.
