Further to our conversations this evening, can you please set up a program where extn. 6999 (the telephone on the right hand side) can pick up incoming call when extn. 8999 (mainline) is in used?
Also, can you please recheck the programming for extn. 8999? Since yesterday we are experiencing many problems with incoming calls. Many of the incoming calls directly diverted to the reception’s lines without going through the Operator’s mainline (No ring for extn. 8999). We have checked the telephone - handset was in place and no forwarding action.
