This could be a very nice hotel but the staff need to be trained. We should have arrived mid afternoon but the flight was delayed so we arrived at around 7:00 p.m. When we tried to check-in were asked to wait, after about 15 minutes we started asking what was the cause of the delay and finally one of the ten or so staff behind the desk blurted out that the builders were still in the room. We then asked for the manager who after a further 15 minutes finally showed us to our room. The room was very nice and spaceous but it was obvious that the builders had only just left. The manager offered us dinner as compensation for the delay and we were happy to accept. Later we booked via the hotel reception desk a taxi for 5:30 a.m. and an alarm call for 5:00 a.m. There was no call and no taxi.
