As you mentioned, "Command" or "Order" is quite effective way for quickly action to let your staff to follow, but it will have limitation under leader's knowledge, experience and judgement. Of course you have enough and much experience and knowledge, but your job is related to warehouse and we can say many things and changes, problems are happening at warehouse site and workers, so it should be better to raise job plan or improvement idea from various points of views. I think very good try for you to change "coaching" style. Please be reminded that your close monitoring and advice is very important for this style. I hope you have good result from it.
