11. To manage and control the Training center system : Orientation new employee program, In-House training, External training, Training Need survey, Training Development system, Training need, Competence Evaluation and budget training.
12. To control and management the employee evaluation system.
13. To prepare data of salary up and bonus structure for compare benchmark from the ther outside company.
14. To control and manage work permit, visa and report 90 days for Japanese staff.
15. To coordinate with government department that relates company business.
