1. monitor and develop a system to account for all financial transactions by recording cash receipts and cash disbursements, updating the existing chart of accounts and maintaining subsidiary accounts and general ledger.
2. prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information and trends to comply with basic government reporting requirements with supervision from the Financial Controller.
