The organizer is required to provide vvvvv with an application
form and list of exhibits for every participant. Without the list of exhibits the
joint stand member will not be accepted! We are not able to accept lists of
participants instead of a duly completed application form.
· The minimum space for each exhibitor on a joint stand is 6m². Co-exhibitors
or company representatives are not allowed.
· If the organizer has applied for more than one pavilion, even in the same hall,
the organizer is required to indicate clearly on each application form the block
on which the participant will be located. XXXXX accepts no
responsibility for subsequent incorrect placements. We request your
understanding that we cannot check the list of exhibitors you send us at any
time.
· XXXXX will send a confirmation of receipt of the application form
directly to the address of each participant.
· The organizer is responsible for allocating the space to the exhibitors. All
participants on the joint stand will share the same stand number. If a joint
stand contains more than one block, all the participants in one block will be
given the same stand number. The organizer is required to communicate
to M the exact lay-out of the block until August 2013
· As a (Group stand) organiser, you are not considered an exhibitor. Please
therefore note that you are not listed as an exhibitor either in the catalogue or
in the alphabetical exhibitor list on the website. (Group stand) organisers are
listed in a separate section of the catalogue.
Important dates
1. M must be informed of the final space required for the pavilion
at the latest by 15th June. Unused m² may not be returned after this date
and the total space applied for will be charged.
2. The organizer of the group stand alone will receive the admission documents
in August including admission and hall plans.
3. The organizer will receive all BBB passwords for service order forms, press
and advertising documents for all their participants in July/August. These
should be forwarded to the individual participants by the organizer. If the
participants are not allowed to order without knowledge of the organizer, the
organizer has to keep the passwords and inform the participants.
4. M must be notified in writing by the participant of any
cancellation or new addition to the group stand. Catalogue entry cancellations
and new exhibitors can only be accepted until 31st August 2013.
