2. Work out with your assessor a time and place to do the role play – your assessor can be the customer.
3. Conduct the role-plays and make sure you follow company methods (i.e policy and procedures)
a. Work out how best to deal with the customer
b. Keep in mind the company policy and procedure and find a way to sort the complaint out with the customer
c. The fix the complaint following company policies and procedures.
4. Complete the self-assessment checklist provided. Include one recommendation to improve your personal performance. Identify two government rules and explain why they are important.
5. Submit documentation as outlined in the specifications below. Keep copies of documentation for your records.
