Once you know who you’re serving, it’s time to decide what you’re offering. And this is again very simple: offer the thing they need (and that they know they need.) Be literal. If your Tribe want clarity, call your coaching sessions Clarity Sessions. If your foot health clients want to feel pampered, set up a Pamper Day. If your osteopathy or massage clients want their back fixed, name your service Fix Your Back.
Give people what they know they want, and it’ll make sense for them to want it from you.
