Normally, we will accept lot by% AQL. Kong will let you know more detail which percent we used for acceptance. Anyway, from below information, it seemed that there was 1 spot found from the string roll. For this lot, could you please consider to cut it by using auto machine in production line? After cutting but before assembly, please move the defect one out and let me know % defect that production found. I will talk with supplier for more detail with this percentage.
BTW, I thought that we ever told production to return it when they found too much stain and we would return it to supplier for replacement. In the case of one spot found, I can not remember that we ever discussed about this criteria. However, let’s my team check more detail if there any other option that I did not know.
