Firstly:
Please accept my apologies for late contact after our first telephone conversation
last week.
Secondly:
I appreciate your kind cooperation on the phone and whatever you will kindly give me
in the future regarding your tenant's behavior and I can give my word to you that
whichever legal actions I may take in the future will not do you any harm whatsoever
if I receive your kind cooperation which I will never ask you for anything but information
and verification on the facts which have happened.
Summary / Note of my information to you on the phone:
1) I informed you that your tenant - Mr. Stani has interfered my work since January
when I just started working accusing me for embezzling of my own salary.
He accused me of sharing about half of my salary to a group of Committee Members
in BKK and JPM like returning some kind of favor.
He also claimed that this is what the previous Building Manager - Mr. Prasarn did and
confirmed to him that he did, as Prasarn and I are the BKK Board Members' slaves.
2) He also sent the Committee Board Members and to me a few emails plus tacking team
with an unreasonable German co-owner in attacking the Management, JPM, Myself and
Committee about legal issues of which the facts they have used to attack us are proven
by Banglamung Land Office that Committee and JPM were legally registered.
3) He submitted an unknown proxy form to me prior to 1st Call of AGM (before April 27th)
showing your signature and other details intended to show me that he has had your
authorization to attend this 2014 AGM (2nd Call will be on Sunday: 11 May) on your
behalf (please see the 2 attachments).
The only original and updated thing in this proxy form is his signature.
Your signature seems to me to be a photocopied one. Please clarify this point.
All the above interference was because of his claims saying..
1) He still have many units in PHR (Pattaya Hill Resort) and all owners have been just
nominees to take possession on his behalf..
(which if it's true then this is a criminal offense)....
and I will dig deeper into the bottom of his claim shortly.
2) Your unit - 514 is not different from the above claim. He claimed you have held
possession over this 514 as his nominee and whatever he wants to do- whatever he
wants to say, you will not go against his decision.
FUTURE ACTIONS:
I am in process of investigating the facts concerning his claim, especially the nominee(s) and will certainly take necessary legal actions on the above interference which will definitely
affect your valuable time and afford in proving your status and in preventing future damage.
Please promptly and kindly give me a written confirmation (in Thai) about the following
2 matters as soon as possible will be most appreciated yet must be before this 2nd Call of AGM (Sunday; 11 May 2014).
1) If you are / or are not the nominee holding possession of unit 514 on behalf of Stani.
2) If your proxy was / or was not given by you for Stani to attend this upcoming 2nd Call of
2014 AGM.
Please send the scanned document with your signature to my email, kindly followed by the posted mail to Juristic Person Office address.
Please accept my apologies once again for your inconvenience.
I am looking forward to hearing and receiving the required documents from you very
shortly in order to prevent you from all future legal actions.
