Generally, Amazon first settles your account balance 14 days after you register your seller account, meaning that Amazon will either initiate a payment to your bank account or charge your credit card on your settlement date. Subsequently, the settlement process repeats every 14 days.
To receive payment, you must have the following:
A positive seller account balance. This means that the amount of money you made from sales is greater than the amount of fees and refunds you incurred during a settlement period. You need to have a minimum of $1 in your seller account to receive payment.
Valid bank account information in your seller account. For more information, see Bank Account Information.
Valid credit card information in your seller account. For more information, see Credit Card Information for Your Seller Account.
When your account is settled, Amazon initiates payment to your bank account using an Automated Clearing House (ACH) or electronic funds transfer. It usually takes 3 to 5 business days for the funds to reach your bank account after Amazon has initiated a payment.
If the funds do not appear in your bank account after 5 business days, you can contact your bank's ACH specialist and provide the Federal ACH Trace ID for your bank to trace the funds. If available, the Federal ACH Trace ID is displayed in a message at the top of your Payments Report in Statement View. The Federal ACH Trace ID is assigned to ACH transactions only and is available for up to 90 days after your settlement date.
