Review the site to ensure the following: - Have Security personnel been advised on the powers of arrest, physical force, and handling violence in the work place? - Are civil process servers and/or their agents refused entrance? - Has legal advice been obtained from the OGC or their national legislations on the receipt and handling of legal matters (i.e., subpoenas, writs, summons, garnishment, etc.)? - Is the server of the garnishment referred to the Payroll Coordinator or Controller? - Is the repossession of employee's automobiles process followed per Company's Policy?
