Dear Partner,
At Booking.com, we're always looking for innovative solutions to continuously improve our products, for both guests and our partners. Because the foundation of any good relationship is open communication, we'd like to invite you to participate in a short survey that will be sent to you in the next week.
To ensure the confidentiality of all responses to the survey, we're working with a third-party research company, MetrixLab*. They will send you an invitation to the survey from booking.com@startresearch.co.uk.
We're not only interested in what's going well, but also what we can do better, so we can continue to build on the positive aspects of our working relationship. The more open and honest your feedback is, the better we can plan for the future and anticipate your needs.
Based on the feedback from our most recent survey, we took action on the following topics:
Managed Payment
Some partners indicated they would be interested in Booking.com collecting payment on their behalf, to help mitigate the risk of no-shows or cancellations. We're actively exploring this area and investigating how we can best provide this service to you in the future. We'll update you on our progress and continue to inform you of any developments.
Guest Reviews
Partners said they'd like to have the option of responding to guests' reviews on Booking.com. Based on that feedback, we've developed and started offering this feature in 17 countries, and we're working hard to make this available in all countries by January 2015.
Extranet
We received many great suggestions from partners about possible ways to improve the Booking.com Extranet. We're constantly working on both small and large-scale improvements to make the platform more accessible and easier to use.
Thank you very much for taking the time to complete the survey. We look forward to hearing your suggestions and ideas!
Kind regards,
Gillian Tans
