Key Employee is defined as: Any employee with executive or management authority of the legal entity and of any legal entity that is the ultimate beneficial owner (i.e. which owns and/ or controls >25% of the legal entity.
Government official is defined as: '(i) any executive, legislative or judicial branch official or employee of any government or any official or employee of any government agency or instrumentality (including military, police and customs); or any director, officer or employee of any government-owned or controlled enterprise (e.g., national oil company); (ii) any official or employee of a public international organization (e.g., World Bank, United Nations, IMF); (iii) any political party or party official, (iv) any candidate for political office; or (v) member of a royal or ruling family.'
