The SHF test of
the CA immobilized cells yields a maximum ethanol concentration
of 5.52 g/L, corresponding to 69.96% theoretical yield, with a maximum
and overall productivity of 2.37 g/L/h and 0.257 g/L/h,
respectively, while the SSF test yields a maximum ethanol concentration
of 5.44 g/L, representing 68.95% of the theoretical yield
with a maximum and overall productivity of 1.27 g/L/h and
0.679 g/L/h, respectively.
