2.4. Statistical analysis
The statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS version 19 (SPSS
Inc., Chicago, Illinois, USA) for Macintosh. For descriptive statistical
analysis of data, means and standard deviation values were calculated
as a general data inspection and description. One-way ANOVA test
and Tukey-b post-hoc test were applied to determine significant
differences between the different cooking methods in the nutritional
parameters under study.
