Thank you for replying to our recent email. My name is Shaq, and it is
my pleasure to assist you today.
I received your follow up email and understand that you would like to
close your Wells Fargo Everyday Checking account number ending in 0947.
I wanted to call you to discuss your options on closing account.
However, we do not an updated phone number for you, as you are currently
in Thailand.
Please provide your contact information as well as the best time to
reach you between 4:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Pacific Time. Please provide
a 2-3 hour window of time. I will then contact you at the number you
specify during the 2-3 hour window you have chosen, so that we can
resolve this matter.
Additionally, we are not able to keep your funds. The following options
are available to close the account:
If guidelines are met, we can close the account and send you a cashier's
check in the amount of the account balance. We are not able to determine
whether you meet the guidelines until we process your request. There is
no charge for the cashier's check unless you request overnight delivery.
To request a cashier's check to be sent to your address, click on the
"Reply" button and indicate your request. Please verify that your
address displays correctly under your Profile in Online Banking by
following the instructions listed below:
1. Click on the "More" button at the top right
2. Click on "Accounts and Settings"
3. Click on "Profile and Settings"
4. Click on the "Manage your profile" link
5. Click on "Update Contact Information"
6. Follow the step-by-step instructions to update if needed

notarized signature to:
