PANDORA Group designed organization was “Functional Structure” to management the organization and PANDORA has one manufacturing factory in Thailand. So I think culture and structure of PANDORA are not influence in my leadership style and motivation strategies to lead this organization reach the goals because in Thailand, all employees are Thai people. And the organization is “Functional Structure”. Which I can use transformational leadership style to lead and manage my strategy plan that mentioned above for drive this organization to be achieve the goals in the future.
