Hi Pichsupang
We are not able to accept your application in scanned copy or by fax, please send the application to our office in hard copy. Students must provide official supporting documentation relating to their circumstances that impacted on them completing the study for the term referred to in the application. Missing the Census date for withdrawing, alone is not enough to support your application, as this is a very strict Government date that all enrolment revolves around in each term.
What was the actual reason you needed to withdraw from the course?
Kind Regards
Anne
