The growth curve model represents a statistical model widelyusedinmanyfieldsofstudysuchasbiology, medicineandeconomy, andithas been extensively studied over many years by many authors. A survey of works and results of mathematicians in the last ten years recapped Klein and Žežula (2010). The model is under certain conditions equivalent to the popular econometric seemingly unrelatedregressionmodelintroducedbyZellner(1962),seeStanekandKoch(1985).
