This is where the real ―aha!‖ experiences happen, and where people realize the value they can personally gain, and contribute to the business, by paying attention to the numbers and the wider business issues. Getting the learner‘s manager involved in setting and supporting their personal action learning tasks can make all the difference between action plans that gather dust and those that gather applause and bring requests
