shoot length (8.80 cm) was observed in MS + 2 mg/L KIN which was followed by MS + 3 mg/L
and MS + 4 mg/L KIN, respectively (Fig 1). It is
interesting to note that, in higher concentration of
KIN, number of shoot per explant was higher but
the shoot length was lower. On the other hand, in 2
mg/L of KIN shoot length was higher but number
