Wang Lin has previously worked as human resource consultant in
industrial labour relations. She showed how successful human resource
practice can secure a good base for a company’s policy and performance
and how it relates to worker motivation and loyalty. She also worked
for the International Labour Organization, ILO, at the department for
employment. In her career she has worked for a better work place from
three different perspectives: the government, the employer and
workers, to promote policies and implementation for fair working
conditions.
