systems with linear couplings subjected to dynamic and kinematical excitations, as well as every initial conditions can be simulated and analysed. CATIA is a computer software intended to model 3D systems, therefore models of mechanical systems can be easily created in this program, and all the parameters of the mechanical system can be acquired by exporting them to GRAFSIM by utilisation of CATGEN interface. This software works between CATIA and GRAFSIM creating a proper input file. Thanks to this software engineers can easily build and perform analysis of the created in CATIA environment models (Fig. 1).
