Continuous self-development, gives me an idea that to be a sustainable manager, I must
have to be continuous development. Therefore, my strengths and weaknesses that I mentioned above, both are on my plan to be developed.
For my strengths, I need to develop to be outstanding. I will use my characteristics of highlevel of empathy to analyze people in many perspectives. For instance, I may think that if I assign some work to my subordinate they may feel stressed because of too much work.
However, if I look from others viewpoints, I may realize that they are willing to receive orders.
I need to improve myself to reduce my weaknesses. Firstly, I will improve my self-confidence.
I may start from volunteering to present a group project or to be a group leader in order to let me learn
my mistakes and accept them. Secondly, I will improve my strong and negative emotions by
meditation in order to make me analyze more what people say, why they say it, and the objectives of
speaker. I strongly believe that if I endeavor to execute all the above plans to the best of my ability, I
can surely prove to be a successful and effective manager.
