To give advice and reinforce the Company compliance with employment statues, rules and regulations
Ø To review the company’s human rights policies.
Ø To support all administrations & general affairs activities so that the Company is able to operate without any disruption.
Ø To guideline and support all training programs and/or development both internal and external the Company
Ø To maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
Ø To ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors
Ø To maintain employee benefits program and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.
Ø To establish and maintain interpersonal relationships by developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time
Ø To resolve conflicts, negotiating and collective bargaining with others, handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, otherwise negotiating with others.
Ø To identify, develop and deploy initiatives and best practices in communications, talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development and total rewards for performance that encourage employee retention, job satisfaction and positive morale.
Ø To conduct performance evaluation system for all employees
Ø To lead organizational capability assessments (OCA) to assess community strength, determine skill gaps and identify necessary development actions.
Ø To align all HR programs and GA function with both short/long-term business objectives and action plans.
Ø To have extensive knowledge of Thai Labor Laws
Ø To assist in the development and modification of company short- and long-range HR and General Services plans, analyze and implement policies and procedures; Budgeting/Human Resource and General Services duties, assist in the preparation of the company's overall Human Resource and General Services plan and budget
