I am the manager of this fine hotel and this hotel has been operational for
a few years. Your accusation is unfounded and we are disappointed in your
review despite all our efforts to accomodate you. Our staff are more than
welcoming but you might have not been in your best of moods. We had provided
you with the room you had booked. And seeing that you were tired on the day
you checked in, we thought it best to move you the next day. We were being
considerate. On the the next day when we moved you, you mentioned that the
room was small, that was quite a surprise for us. Our rooms are FORTY FIVE
SQM on average, generally double the size of any standard hotel. But again
you werent satisfied. May be this is how you wish to be upgraded to a more
luxurious room by paying for standard room. Nonetheless we still accmodated
your unrelenting request. And finally when we could do no more, we asked if
you wished to cancel, we would have happilly refunded your money. But
instead you chose not to. I know why and hope our other customers also can
see the reason why.
We are a 4 star hotel and have the trust and respect of thousands of
customers. And we can only keep that if we do a good job in keeping their
stay with us as accomodating as possible and we intend to keep doing that.
