Those 3 items are classified as “A” product, hence it is not acceptable for our customers that it would be TNA due to the delay of the carrier. We need to ship it to our shops nationwide with speedy mode and it costs extra expenses to avoid or shorten TNA.
So, please confirm by return if we could reimburse from ABG?
Moreover, to prevent this issue in the future, may I know the root cause and preventive action?
