repare, audit, and verify accounting transactions
Plan, develop and improve accounting systems
Supervise account department staff to ensure that they deliver their best work
Responsible for cash flow management, budgeting and forecasting and tax planning and compliance
Audit and verify all accounting related documents
Close accounts and submit for approval
Prepare monthly management report and related analysis
Analyze financial statement by comparing with budget and actual number and manage 3 months forecast report
Analyze quarterly brand performance by brand and report to management
Develop and coach team to ensure their efficiencies
Deal with external parties, such as auditor, the revenue department, Department of Business Development, bank and insurance, etc.
Complete other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting, CPA holder is a plus
5 years relevant professional experience (min 3 years in managerial level)
Prior experience in retail or consignment business is an advantage
Results-oriented and proactive with good commercial sense
Proven leadership, planning, organization and time management skills
Good command of English
