3. Licenses and Permits; Supplies and Equipment; Conduct. Contractor shall provide and maintain adequate equipment to permit timely completion of all operations and shall use materials which are in conformance with applicable laws and ordinances. In addition, if any governmental license or permit is required for the proper and lawful conduct of Contractor's operation or other activity carried on, in or about the Hotel, or if the failure to procure such a license or permit might or would in any way affect the operations of the Hotel, then Contractor, at its expense, shall duly procure and thereafter maintain such license or permit and submit the same to Hotel Manager for inspection. Contractor agrees, at its own expense, to promptly comply with all requirements of any applicable laws and ordinances. Contractor agrees to conduct its operation in a manner conforming with the image and quality of service, cleanliness, and professionalism standards of Hotel Manager and all rules and regulations established from time to time by Hotel Manager when Contractor's employees are on Hotel premises.
