From Table 2, a 90% dependable flow of 3.931389 m3/s corresponds
to year 2004, a 75% dependable flow of 4.457143 m3/s
corresponds to year 1994 and 50% dependable flow of 5.025556m3/
s corresponds to year 2003. Dependability is very important in
hydrological investigation as it helps in determining the installed
capacity of the power plant and in computing annual energy
generation.
