As of now, there is no save method to secure and filter all information on any social network. However, there have been attempts to create systems to do that to help secure users’ credentials. These mechanisms include double verification system, publicity filter and re-routing unauthorized access to identity server
All of the above are very tempting to apply to the existing social networks. The problem is that it is neither efficient nor sufficient to do so. This is because the existing privacy control mechanisms are based on user preferences. Therefore, it would not really matter what would be provided if users did not look after themselves, too.
