Besides, please help reply the questions in previous mail and do the master reset to see if it can be recovered.
1. Long press the user key
2. When the message Do you really want to erase all user data? appears, release User key
3. Touch “Erase”
Also, we would like to know if it’s possible to send two defective units back to us for analysis?
If yes, please remark “Pass to engineer” on RMA report.
