INTRODUCTION
Enterprise resource planning is for more than a decade, that
is known for modern organizations and is successfully
implemented [12]. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is an
IT-based management solution that at provided conditions its
attraction in businesses, for effectiveness, creating added
value, competitiveness and organizational maturity through
pre-planned integrated standardized software packages and
dependent on successful experiences and practices (Best
Practices), but flexible and customizable, with the ability to
schedule all organization's resources, supports all internal
business processes, such as manufacturing, human resources,
finance, marketing and sales and using of it results in
integration of information, functions, processes, administrative
decision making and all business [1].
