Dear Khun Patcharaporn and Hub 53 team,
Agoda Customer service notified me BID 108571820 is rejected by the hotel as overbooking. This case is closed however, for further rejected booking agoda will process as below.
There will be charge to the hotel account;
- Charge 1night of the room rate of each booking, since agoda has instant confirmation policy to clients. No booking can be rejected
- Charge outstanding balance in case agoda Customer service has to find alternative hotels for guests to move to.
- In case the hotel offers alternative to relocate but the guests deny, and hotel can’t find other alternative. There will be charge 1 night of the room rate to the hotel as well.
As agoda system keeps selling your rooms as the allot and rate the hotel control in YCS. So pls manage to accommodate all bookings from agoda.
