Service Contract of Asian Institute for Health Development (AIHD), Mahidol University: Training course for principle concept and practice of one health (In-class)
This year two work plan is proposed to commit the role of AIHD, Mahidol University for OH workforce promotion under THOHUN (Thailand One Health University Network). Two activities include online course and in-class training course will be conducted in accordance with the 4th objective of one health workforce in extending the regional impact of current academic programs and strengthening the continuing and training programs that target in service needs.
Objective 4: Support developed country universities under OHW in strengthening faculty Capacities for OH teaching, research, and community outreach for the African and South East Asian University Networks.
5 Year Vision for Objective 4: The educational authorities under OHW have an excellence in academic development processes for personnel relevant to one health development in all level whereas the personnel in all sectors is strengthened their knowledge through research and community outreach for support the further one health workforce.
Expected Outcome of Year 2 Plan Operation: The output and outcome of year 2 plan operation will be 60 participants, graduate students and workers in regional one health network, will be trained and embed the skill and knowledge about one health system development and operation and the collaboration among them would be conducted for sustainable practice. These outcomes is expected to support the 5 year outcomes for the OHW project in section 3 and 5.
