Occupancy levels are to be recorded as being a percentage of the Number of Occupied rooms for the period
divided by the Total Number of Rooms in the property for the same period.
Complimentary Rooms are to be included in the occupied room’s amount.
House Use rooms are not to be used in the occupied room’s amount.
Rooms Out of Order are not to be deducted from the Total Number of Rooms in the property (unless the rooms
are closed due to a major refurbishment and approved in advance by VP Finance and DIR. OPS).
